WW: Week 14

We tried a new recipe this week: Chicken Enchiladas
Sorry, I forgot to take a picture once it was cooked. They were actually very yummy (I was timid about the sauce) and had a nice "kick" to them! These are too spicy for those trying to cook for toddlers but a great meal for the adults! I definitely suggest serving it with light sour cream (seemed to help "cool" them down a tad). These were very satisfying and I could barely finish one enchilada (4 points). 
Served with 1/4 avocado slices, tortilla chips and pico de gallo!

Week 14 Weight Loss: 2.5 pounds!
Total Weight Loss: 24.5 pounds!!
